Love Your Children, Not Their Report Cards

Sitting across my fellow dyslexia friend, interviewing him and listening to the story of his learning difficulties and being labelled as dumb and a child with no flair in academic hurts my heart. Listening to the video while editing it one month later broughts tears to the corner of my eye.

Listening to him reminded me of my childhood. I was exactly in that same position when I was a child – considered dumb and hardly felt any love from my parents.
